A creative professional, workshop facilitator, and founder of DPG, Dynasty uses creativity as a catalyst for connection, clarity, and courageous action.
With a background that spans performing on international stages and a strong career in Human Resources — from recruiting and onboarding to organizational support and project management — she brings a unique blend of artistry, strategy, and people-focused expertise to every project she takes on.
Through her DreamPushGo Workshops, she designs interactive, energizing sessions that use writing, rhythm, and performance-based prompts to help teams recharge, reconnect, and step into their work with fresh confidence and creativity.
At the core, her work is about helping people and businesses move from overwhelmed to empowered, disconnected to aligned, and hesitant to courageous.

Janesia “Jai” Shanae is a phenomenal performing artist and a vital part of the DreamPushGO team, providing outstanding administrative support while helping to keep us “in flow” and running smoothly.
Jai combines her passion for creating positive change with her love for performance. With an impressive background as a singer, songwriter, and actress—and a heart for philanthropy—she brings both artistry and organization to everything she touches.
